State Sales Manager ( FINTECH CANDIDATES ONLY)
Roles & Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Maintain consistent relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained and build relationship with prospective clients
Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Review clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Qualifications
MBA
Experience
In Fin-tech sales industry including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Required Skills
Expert in Sales closing
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
