We’re looking for an experienced Storage Field Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Implementation and support of SAN/NAS storage (NetApp / Dell EMC / Hitachi preferred, ideally NetApp)
✔️ Installation & configuration of SAN switches
✔️ Manage services: SSH, SFTP, FTP, HTTP
✔️ Configure SAN/NAS protocols, RAID, Volumes, Snapshots, Replication, LUN provisioning, etc.
✔️ Knowledge of Windows & Linux OS
✔️ Exposure to Hypervisors, Virtual Machines, and Backup technologies
✔️ Basic troubleshooting skills & 24x7 support readiness
✔️ Strong communication and learning aptitude
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Preferred Certifications (nice to have):
• NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
• Dell EMC Proven Professional
• HPE ASE / Aruba / Nimble certifications
• VMware VCP or equivalent
