Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of our retail store at Mumbai . As a Store Manager in our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, you will play a vital role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase footfall, and maximize store profitability. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Set and communicate sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Customer Experience:

Ensure that the store offers a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and prevent stockouts.

Operational Efficiency:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant performance metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-20 years) as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the FMCG or retail sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and practices
