Job Description:
Handling all new and old vendors in an effective manner so that we get the best possible price and service from them.
Ensuring all correct bills and invoices after verifying and approval gets raised and payment of the same is done on time as per the credit period.
Maintaining the complete infrastructure of the center without any damage.
Keeping records of all the assets.
Banking of all fees received and maintaining the records of the same
Data print out within 24 hours of receiving.
Handling all incoming and outgoing couriers and maintaining all the records of the same.
Handling petty cash effectively and maintaining all the records of the same.
Maintaining all necessary MIS for above mentioned work and even extra if any.
Completing any other duty or work assigned by the management from time to time with complete sincerity and dedication.
Daily complete work details should be maintained in the form of MIS and should be shared with the manager on a daily basis.
Executing Exam related tasks as assigned by management time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
