About This Opportunity
We are looking for a new team member who will be reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position will be multi-focused with project work and some daily tasks.

****This opportunity is for an 8-month contract.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday/40hours per week.****

Responsibilities
Infinity QS Scorecard and Data Analysis
Assist QA Supervisor with consumer complaint investigation.
Maintain the retrieved complaint sample log and ensure proper retention of samples.
Monitor routine Food Safety activities and checks
Daily Sanitation scorecard
Tracking of Annual CPK studies and assist QA Supervisor to ensure completion of same
Weekly NCR documentation audit to ensure accuracy.
Manage supplier non-conformances
Create Maintenance notifications.
Document control for QA Documents
Assist QA Manager for action tracking (EJT Database)
Sample shipments
Assist with Raw Material and process trials and new product protocols
Other associated tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma DEC, Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology (finalized or ongoing)
Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred.
Food Safety knowledge
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills, SAP.
Flexibility to work weekends
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written, required.
Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member.
Strong analytical skills / highly organized
Preferably bilingual
