Technical Skill (Necessary)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related technical degree

• Windows Server Based Application Certifications
Technical skill:(Good to have)
Functional Knowledge
· Experience with handling of cloud migration projects
Other Skill (Will be an advantage)
· Exposure and knowledge of Cybersecurity will be considered a plus.
Qualifying Experience
• 8 to 10 years’ experience of Windows Server Administration, Troubleshooting
• Hands on experience with O365
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Well Versed with PowerShell Scripting.
• Min 2-3 years hands-on experience supporting clients with AWS
• Experience of working in a Remote Infrastructure Management Company / Team at the level of L2/L3
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in working in ITIL Incident management process

Responsibility:
Architect & Design
• Manage and own architecture, design, and implementation projects
• Provide technological vision for transformation, serve as the Engineering Team lead to whom you will provide leadership and guidance
• Provide a solution leveraging cloud-native components
• Knowledge in server hardening and policy compliance management
• Design and implement effective group policy based on the client infrastructure.
· Installing, designing, implementing, deploying, upgrading, and administering Windows Server
· Architect best practice Patch Management Strategy and oversee execution
· Define process and provide leadership for incident management, Support for Change and Problem Management
· Define, plan and execute automation strategy
Project ownership and support
· Manage & own Support Operations: Be part of a team meeting 24/7 & On-Call requirements during shift rotations.
· Capable of owning and handling the Severity 1 & 2 Incident and providing RCA
· Excellent troubleshooting skill on Windows infrastructure
· Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
· Primary escalation for L2 Support and Ability to mentor the L1 & L2 Windows administrators.
· Managing and supporting an enterprise computing environment consisting primarily of Windows Server O/S
· Configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, replication of Windows Server 2008
· Work closely with Client and Internal Operations, project management, and engineering teams to meet the customer's requirements
· Creating, reviewing technical documentation
· Demonstrate a solid understanding of WINS, DNS, DHCP, AD, IIS, SCCM
· Monitoring, securing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory
· AD Group Policy Management
· Solid understanding and experience supporting, building, and managing VM technologies
· Ability to utilize scripting utilities to accomplish centralized tasks such as software deployment and configuration
· Communicate effectively with subject matter experts for Servers, networks, storage, Management & monitoring tools, backup
