Role Overview

As a Disability Support Worker with Endeavour Foundation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
\
You will provide community access and support individuals with complex behaviors, helping them develop practical life skills and achieve their NDIS goals. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections through socializing and outings.
