Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Engineer to join our 24x7 support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows servers, desktops, basic cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Windows servers and desktops.
Monitor and manage IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Handle virtualization environments related to Citrix/ VMware/ Accops.
Perform basic networking tasks such as IP configuration, routing, and firewall management.
Assist in managing and monitoring data backups and restoration processes.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Science or IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Note: Freshers are also welcome to apply for the internship.
