Location: Pune-Hybrid working
Status : Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a System Accountant? We’re on the hunt for a System Accountant as part of our company’s growth.
Reporting to the VP Operating & Finance Systems , the key responsibilities of this role include system implementation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role will also play a pivotal role in the integration of acquisitions into the group.
What to expect?
• Mergers & Acquisitions: take an active role in the integration of acquisitions into the Group’s financial and operational systems.
• System Implementation and Improvement: implement and optimise the financial and operational systems, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting software.
• Process Optimization: analyse and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve data accuracy.
• Process Documentation: responsible for ensuring clear, standardised documentation for all system processes.
• Data Management: ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of financial and operational data.
• Compliance: maintain compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
Skills You’ll Need
• Mergers & Acquisitions: experience in integrating companies into an existing software platform
• Technical Skills: experience with ERP and operational systems (eg NetSuite / Salesforce / SuiteProjects)
• Shared services: experience transitioning to a share service environment
oData analytics & AI: experience with data analytics tools (eg PowerQuery etc) with a keen interest in AI tools
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.
• Process documentation: experience in creating and maintaining process documentation
• Project management: experience in managing and delivering projects to tight timelines
• Compliance: knowledge of IFRS and financial controls
