JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Services is the heartbeat of HRBOTICS HR. We manage the lifecycle of employee services and experiences from Hire to Retire, providing employees the resources and support they need during important moments in their careers. This role will be a key member of the HR Services leadership team, developing and implementing world-class, transformative HR services, processes and systems. You will work with a high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic team of professionals who are passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, innovation and employee culture. You will be on the cutting edge of HR processes and technology development, working with smart people who are geographically and culturally diverse. This is a high-visibility role with high-level executive exposure across HRBOTICS.

YOUR KRA " Key Responsibility Area"

Work as support for senior HR professionals to execute within the below mentioned KRA.
• Develop and drive strategic transformation plans to achieve world-class results.
• Foster teamwork, coach and provide effective feedback.
• Guide your team to analyze and resolve complex customer challenges.
• Lead your team to identify system problem trends and guide them to implement innovative solutions.
• Manage and optimize team operational performance, results and efficiencies.
• Be a global or regional process owner across multiple specialized functional areas.
• Be a functional stakeholder and will lead regional and global methods and best practices.
• Assist others using specialized expertise.
• Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Perform work across the organization to achieve strategic goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proven ability to lead high performing, medium to large, global teams in an operations and service environment.
• Demonstrated people leadership and management skills. Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to develop talent. Excellent teacher.
• Results oriented and data driven. Ability to create and manage to key performance indicators. Strong analytical skills.
• Customer service focused. Understand customer’s needs, effectively manage expectations, use sound judgement with sensitive topics, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to resolve complex problems, and negotiate and align on critical business decisions. You believe that no jobs are too big; no problems are too complex.
• Passionate about identifying, leading and driving processes improvement, strategies and innovation. Has lead multiple continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying, standardizing, centralizing, and automating complex processes.
• Energized by problem solving, thinking critically and quickly identifying root cause and corrective action strategies.
• Lead and sponsor multiple complex projects and initiatives across operation functions, systems, and regions.
• Master at managing and adapting to rapid change. Proven ability to effectively communicate and motivate teams through transformation.
• Expert at managing capacity and knowing how to flex your team to meet the changing needs of the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures. Comfortable creating and delivering presentations on a variety of topics. Excellent facilitator.
• Strong business acumen. You are an experienced professional with multiple areas of specialization.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high stakes and change-driven environment.
• High attention to detail. Examples such as reviewing work content and managing system testing and quality checks.
• Highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities. Meets deadlines.
• Fluent in industry best practices and know how to leverage these to achieve world-class results.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed for global time zones.

Work towards:
• Management experience in shared service center environment. HR Operations ideal.
• Strong project management skills.
• Continuous improvement skills including Lean, Kata, Six-Sigma.
• Expert skills in Excel and Power Point. Able to create complex formulas in spreadsheets.
• Extensive experience with enterprise tools and HCM products.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
