Located in our St Leonard's Office, you will be working as a permanent member of our broader national Talent Advisory Team (13), working particularly closely with our NSW based Talent Advisors. This role is 60% work in office / 40% work from home.

Overseeing a portfolio of our NSW based campuses, you will be accountable for all campus casual and permanent recruitment (typically approx. 20 open vacancies), from Cooks, Trainees, Educators, Room & Educator Leaders, to Directors etc. This is a full end-to-end recruitment partnership role which will see you leverage our multiple sourcing tools (Indeed Sourcing, LinkedIn, Seek TS) creating and maintaining pipelines of suited candidates. As the primary point of contact for your portfolio of campuses, you will leverage market insights and your expertise to provide ongoing strategic and tactical recruitment support and advice.

Experience Required
Demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally within both an agency and internal environment
Solid interviewing skills and an understanding of recruitment "best practice"
Ability to multitask, managing multiple requirements at any given time
A genuine proactive approach to partnership and stakeholder management, a "true advisor"
Demonstrated proactive sourcing experience
ECEC (Early Childhood Education & Care) industry experience is highly desirable
