Work you’ll do

As an Deputy Manager in our BPS Tax team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:


Supervising a team of AM / executives involved in maintenance of books of account in accounting software like Zoho/Tally/SAP or MS Navision
Independently managing clients and developing sound business relationship
Helping team in Business development on the client managed by the employee
Hands on experience in Zoho/MS NAV/Tally/SAP
Responsible for month close of multiple entities following calendar agreed with Client
Preparation of MIS having multiple business with deep understanding of COGS, Inventory, margins, strong control Inventory quantity and month close reconciliations
Controllership of multiple entities – leading IFC, Statutory and Tax Audit
Preparation of Financial Statements and audit schedules as per IGAAP/IND AS
Liaising with auditors/Client to get audit done on time
Review of data preparation for GST and TDS returns filing
Closure of GST 2B reconciliation and adjustments in Books
Pro-actively identify areas of opportunities for building efficiency in the business processes, accounting, and reporting functions
Responsible to identify automation opportunities and work with Tech team for transformation
To be updated with latest amendments and to keep team updated.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience in F&A operation
Strong domain knowledge in areas of Month end close process, Intercompany, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Recon, MIS Preparation, TDS, GST, P2P (AP), OTC (AR)
Strong stakeholder management (Internal / External)
Team Handle experience (5 + FTE’s)
Resulted oriented approach
Exposure to Accounting software / ERP
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to work under pressure and multitask
Able to meet deadlines
Maintain office ethics and confidentiality
Team worker
Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
