Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Demonstrate leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15-18 members.
• Strong focus on Customer Service.
• Ability to execute policies, processes and procedures of the organization.
• Monitor calls and ensure compliance and quality performance.
• Ensure full compliance with all company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to improve and secure business delivery.
• Actively develop the management capabilities and business acumen of direct reports, and drives the development of team members, ensuring full and all-rounded team competency.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Spanish Domain including minimum 2 year of experience as Team Leader in voice process (US Collections or Customer Service).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum B2 Certification or DELE B1 in Spanish from certified institute
• Basic Computer knowledge including MS Office.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new environment.
