👩💻 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Lead – Product who thrives in a hands-on environment and can guide our tech stack with precision and vision. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring developers, and architecting scalable solutions.

🔧 Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of the PlayGG platform in collaboration with the founding team
- Architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions (React Native, Node.js, Firebase, etc.)
- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)
- Optimize performance and reliability across mobile and web platforms
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical execution
- Mentor junior developers and guide code reviews and best practices
- Contribute to strategic decisions around product roadmap and scaling

🧩 Requirements
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in React Native, Node.js, and cloud services (GCP/AWS)
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Proven track record of scaling consumer-facing products
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to commit 5-6 hours per day with flexibility
