About the job
We are seeking a skilled 'Technical Operations Coordinator' to manage back-end technical operations, support sales teams, and ensure seamless execution of UAV, robotics, and high-tech projects. This role combines technical expertise with operational excellence, serving as a vital link between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee technical operations for UAVs, robotics, and related projects, ensuring efficient workflows.
2. Support the sales team with technical insights, customer queries, and lead management.
3. Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and after-sales needs.
4. Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and support proposal submissions.
5. Coordinate project milestones to ensure timely and quality execution.
6. Assist in preparing bids for government and defense tenders, ensuring technical compliance.
7. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements for operational processes.
8. Maintain documentation for customer interactions and project updates.
+. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/diploma in engineering, electronics, robotics, mechatronics, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience in technical operations, sales support, or project coordination in UAVs or robotics industries.
3. Strong technical knowledge of UAVs, drones, or robotics systems; experience with government/defense tenders is a plus.
4. Proficiency in CRM systems, project tracking tools, and MS Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
Other requirements
Engineering graduate preferred: candidates with a degree in electronics, robotics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering are highly desirable.
Experience in UAV Industry: Prior experience in UAVs, robotics, or high-tech industries will be given preference.
Sales Coordination Expertise: Strong skills in collaborating with sales teams to provide technical support, manage leads, and assist with proposal preparation.
Government/Defense Tender Expertise: Familiarity with tender preparation and submissions, especially for government or defense projects, is advantageous.
Project Tracking and Management: Proven ability to manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure smooth execution.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email Writing: Strong command of MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation, coupled with excellent professional email writing skills.
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
