The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, sourcing and hiring candidates for positions such as Software Developers, Engineers, IT Specialists, and other tech-focused roles. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying, engaging, and onboarding exceptional technical professionals while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. Responsibilities
• * Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
• Reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
• Perform video and phone interviews with candidates. Submit candidate summary for client review.
• Attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to positions with our clients.
• Build positive relationships to understand our clients' needs and requirements.
• Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected roles.
• Candidate outreach, cold calling, and conducting interviews as defined by daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Use social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Interact with professionals on niche platforms, like Github and AngelList
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
• Maintain the full-cycle recruitment process using company ATS and internal databases
• Measure and report daily and weekly recruiting metrics.
• Drafts recruitment advertisements; post ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.
• Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process.
• Identifies top talent by reviewing their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
• Connects top candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
• Facilitates connections by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community presence.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• * Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in the IT space.
• Passionate about continuous learning
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Work with the team to achieve personal and company goals daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices
• Proficient with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
