Technical Writer (Chatbot Development) - Internship

About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the team to define chatbot objectives and scope

2. Write clear, structured, and detailed instructions for chatbot behavior

3. Design user interaction flows, intents, and response templates

4. Test chatbot functionality, identify gaps, and suggest improvements

5. Document chatbot processes and maintain a knowledge base

6. Assist in integrating the chatbot into the website and monitor performance

Stipend:
INR₹ 3,000 - 7,000 /month

Other Requirements:

1. Prior experience with AI, NLP, or chatbot development is a plus

2. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independent work

3. Strong desire to learn and contribute to AI-powered projects

4. Students from technical backgrounds (CS, IT, AI, or related) from IITs and NITs will be given preference
