Position Summary:
As a Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment within client facilities. Your role includes conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This role involves significant regional travel to customer sites, so a flexible approach and willingness to be on the road frequently is essential.
We're currently undergoing exciting growth and seeking expressions of interest for Technician positions across Australia: QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA!
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and calibration of equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, conducting necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment status and repair timelines.
Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment needed for efficient repairs.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
Adhere to company policies, client procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
Technical proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry standards and commitment to compliance.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in inventory management is advantageous.
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required.
Valid driver's license and full working rights in Australia.
Willingness to participate in ongoing learning and certification programs.
Vaccinations for COVID-1+ and annual influenza.
