JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in education counseling or a sales role and will be eager to achieve and exceed sales targets, learn, and grow within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve Sales Targets: Proactively achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales
targets.
2. Student Guidance: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students'
academic goals, interests, strengths, and weaknesses, and guide them towards the best
educational pathways.
3. Strategic Enrolment Planning: Assist students in selecting courses and programs that align
with their career aspirations while meeting enrolment targets.
4. Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to keep them updated
on student progress, involve them in decision-making, and drive enrolment decisions.
5. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads as reference
lead generation and convert them into enrolments.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree (BBA, MBA, BCOM, MCOM, BCA, MCA, BTECH, BSC
MSC)
- 1-2 years of experience in education counselling or a sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive edge.
- Ability to understand and address individual student needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
