Are you eager to create a smooth onboarding service for our future students? We are actively seeking a dedicated Admissions Assistant on a temporary basis to support during the enrolment period.

You will support the smooth delivery of student enrolment, course changes, and late admissions during the start of the academic year. This role focuses on the coordination, communications, and logistical aspects of the admissions process, ensuring students are support effectively and processes are completed efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support the scheduling and communication of enrolment appointments and follow-up actions
Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries from prospective and current students, parents, and staff
Liaise with curriculum and support teams to facilitate course changes and late enrolments
Monitor and report on progress or issues to the Admissions Manager to support a responsive service
Communicate any changes or important updates to relevant staff and departments


Job Requirements:

Essential:
A good standard of education or relevant experience
Computer related qualification or training
Experience of data entry and/or handling
Dealing with customers in some capacity
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
