TERRITORY MANAGER - Southwestern ON
Role Profile
We are currently seeking a Territory Manager in Southwestern ON to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the ON Field Sales Execution Manager, the Territory Manager will be the face of Auxly within the retail community, working to maximize our success within their market. We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated past success in deploying creative selling solutions, a track record of responding to customer needs, and the follow-through necessary to build long-lasting relationships. This is a remote role based out of the Southwestern region.
Role Responsibilities
Develop strong, long-term relationships with retail teams – Regional Managers, Store Managers, Inventory Managers & Budtenders
Achieve sales and distribution targets within assigned territory
Identify new sales opportunities in the territory that support distribution, volume, and market share targets
Build a deep understanding of Auxly’s product offerings that drive consumer purchase
Deliver clear and concise communication, along with effective selling techniques that resonate with the decision maker
Create an effective route plan that aligns with regional objectives and market priorities
Actively manage a CRM platform to keep accurate records of customer engagement, best practices, call frequency and performance
Secure and deploy visibility initiatives that bring our brands to the forefront of consumer engagement
Work collaboratively within your team to bring forward industry best practices and strategies that contribute to success of your territory and provincial growth
Provide weekly reporting summarizing activities in trade and progress towards objectives
Implement budget management principles which are accurate and in compliance with company guidelines
Requirements
2-4 years' experience in field sales within CPG or similar field
Knowledge of ******** industry and regulations strongly preferred
Ability to build and maintain effective and accountable working relationships with decision makers and internal stakeholders
Technically proficient, fluent in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel, experience maintaining a CRM
Highly effective communication, product knowledge and critical thinking skills
Strong time management with significant attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory with flexibility to accommodate some evenings, weekends, and overnights
Must have a valid driver's license and well-maintained reliable vehicle
Will be required to obtain and maintain valid provincial ******** worker certifications; ON Cansell Certification
