Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within designated territories, developing strategic sales plans, and meeting sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and providing training to sales staff. They will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the customer service team to address client needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Package Offered : 4 -6 LPA (Fixed)+ Variable Pay + Travel Allowance

Job Description

● Minimum 0-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets(Freshers can apply).

● Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application

● products/solutions.

● Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasize product features

● and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.

● Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and

● their expectations.

● Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.

● Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD.

● Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing the regional language will be a plus.

● Should be comfortable to work on weekends(Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off in

● between Mon-Thursday.

● Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

● Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word & PPT, etc
