Roles and Responsibility
• Should have strong & hands-on SQL experience, BI / MSTR reports testing experience. (Primary)
• In addition, should have Functional, Regression testing experience (Primary)
• Work with Business Analyst on BRD during Test Design, developers during SIT / UAT execution. (Primary)
• Well versed in preparation of Test Scenario, Test Cases. (Primary)
• Testing and validation of EDM Views, Field mapping between Source & Target, validate data transformations (Primary)
• Functional testing experience in HCM products like Oracle HCM / PeopleSoft HCM is (added advantage)
• Capture defects in JIRA for effective reporting mechanism. (Primary)
• Participate in daily defect triage meetings, work closely with development / BA team on defect fixes, retest and closure (Primary)
• Support Business Users during UAT. (Primary)
• Assist the Test Lead on the daily dashboard preparation. (Primary)
