Selection Criteria
SC1 Demonstrated high level of capacity and competence in the use and set-up of timetable for a dual campus college
SC2 Demonstrated high level understanding and capacity of integrating the timetable with other programs such as Compass, and of managing student data for the College
SC3 Demonstrated high level ability to understand and implement the strategic visions of the leadership team when constructing the timetable
SC4 Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills including a capacity to develop constructive relationships with staff and contribute to the leadership and management of the school with a particular focus on College operations.
SC5 Demonstrated commitment and capacity to actively contribute to whole school improvement initiatives, and a commitment to ongoing professional learning for self and others to enable further development of skills and expertise

The successful candidate will report to an assistant principal and have responsibility for constructing, setting up and managing:
1. the time table on an annual and ongoing basis
2. student subject elective choices in response to input from the directors of learning
3. ongoing timetable changes and amendments
4. integration of the timetable with the VASS system
5. Integration of the timetable with the daily organisation team
6. The integration of the timetable and all its facets with the Compass program
7. Other data collection for a wide range of uses (NCCD etc)
A well designed efficient timetable which supports the Colleges strategic vision while providing transparency to teachers and striving to foster ambition and diversity is essential. This is closely followed by an efficient integration of the timetable and all its facets into the Compass system together with all amendments and ancillary class structures

This position is essential to the smooth running of daily operations within the college. The person filling this role will work closely with all staff, leadership and wider school community to facilitate a shared vision and has the potential of progressing to the College leadership team
