Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Assistant to support our Corporate Trainer specializing in communication, behaviour, and management training. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for learning and development. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, maintaining training materials, and assisting with the overall training process.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Administrative Support:
• Coordinate training schedules, including booking in-house venues, arranging equipment, and organise materials.
• Manage communication with participants, including sending invitations, reminders, and post-training follow-ups.
• Maintain and organize training records, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.

b. Training Material Management:
• Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital content.
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with the training objectives.

c. Session Support:
• Provide on-site support during training sessions, including setting up equipment, welcoming participants, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Assist with the facilitation of training activities, group discussions, and breakout sessions as needed.

d. Data Collection and Reporting:
• Collect and compile participant feedback, assessments, and other relevant data.
• Prepare reports summarizing training outcomes, including insights on participant performance and areas for improvement.

e. Continuous Improvement:
• Collaborate with the Corporate Trainer to identify opportunities for improving training content and delivery methods.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in corporate training, communication, and management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online training platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
