Trust Accountant | Business Manager | Wollongong Area

Our client is an established Real Estate leader in the Wollonong area with an experienced and innovative team that thrives on new challenges. This is an honest group that loves what they do and has fun doing it. Operating out of their sleek offices located in Bulli & Dapto this is an opportunity for an experienced real estate Trust Accountant / Business Manager to join an expanding and successful team.

We are looking for an individual to streamline all financial activities of the business, utilizing your organizational and administration skills daily. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Managing trust accounts for the property management & sales team
Processing and issuing invoices
Conducting end-of-month
Financial reporting & issuing financial statements
Payroll
Accounts Payable
Business management
The Candidate:
Previous experience managing trust accounting in real estate is essential to be considered. A successful candidate will:
Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
Harness outstanding communication skills
Be great with numbers, time management, and attention to detail
Have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Possess a "can do" attitude
Be a great team player!
