The client is seeking a motivated UI/UX Designer to create an intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experience. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about designing digital products, understanding user flows, and delivering seamless app experiences-particularly within payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
As the UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design and refine the complete user journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-End User Flows: Design and optimize app flows, with a particular focus on payment systems, ensuring a smooth user journey.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to align designs with the business objectives and brand vision.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for both web and mobile applications.
User-Centered Approach: Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to refine and improve the user experience.
Design System Management: Build and maintain a consistent design system and UI components.
Brand Alignment: Ensure the visual language matches the client's fintech identity and brand personality.
Iteration Based on Analytics: Use data-driven insights to iterate on designs and enhance user engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Up to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience designing for fintech or digital payment platforms.
A strong understanding of end-to-end user flows and app flow design, especially for payment systems (a plus).
A proactive approach, taking ownership of your work and bringing a sense of purpose to your designs.
Ambition and a desire to fast-track your career, with potential to move into leadership roles such as "Head of" positions, including equity opportunities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers and engineers.
Key Details:
Hybrid Setup: 3 days a week in Peckham office for design sprints.
