Managing a team of field sales representatives and ensuring that they achieve their sales targets
The primary goal is to lead and support the team to generate revenue and expand the business of
Sellers.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position may include:
• Managing a team of field sales representatives and providing guidance, coaching, and
training to help them achieve their sales goals.
• Setting sales targets for the team and monitoring their progress towards achieving them.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and expand the business of
Sellers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sellers. Visiting the sellers regularly to
support the team.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to the team members to
improve their performance.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market
trends to the senior management.
