Job Location: Gurgaon (Infotech Center)
Essentials:
• In-depth interaction with USA clients.
• Can build up at least 2 Logos OR Clients in 2-3 months of Time.
• Sound fundamentals in Software Engineering, technologies, dev methodologies, IT Staffing, and related services.
• Identification, tracking, Building of new business opportunities & Direct Logos.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incumbent should have Strong expertise - New Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Business Planning, Productivity Improvements.
2. Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions with Direct Clients.
3. Strong in IT recruitment methodologies.
4. Incumbent should be ready to work from India and willing to do frequent travel to USA.
5. Very strong People management skills.
Desired Candidate Skills:
1. Software Development services domain Sales experience is Must
2. Must have experience in handling US region and build new Logos for Sales accounts
4. Lead generation, Customer Front ending, RFQ inputs gathering, RFQ submission, PO Conversion and Sales/Invoice processing.
5. Very good communication, Customer relationship management
