US PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT (QB, ZOHO, PAYCHEX, ADP)

US PAYROLL with Experience on PayChex, Zoho, QuickBooks, OR ADP etc @ Remote, USA

We are looking for an experienced US Payroll & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end US consultant payroll and accounting operations in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run US consultant payroll (W2 / C2C / 1099)

• Maintain and manage ADP/Pay Chex payroll records and reports

• Ensure compliance with US payroll taxes & regulations

• Coordinate and approve Indian payroll

• Handle accounting activities using Zoho Books / Zoho Accounts

• Payroll reconciliations, invoicing, and audit support

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in US Payroll processing

• Strong working knowledge of ADP Payroll

• Experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounts

• Understanding of US staffing payroll cycles

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in US Staffing / IT Services industry

• Knowledge of timesheets, billing, and compliance processes
