Safety Compliance: Be the primary contact for venue, client, and staff OHS matters. Work alongside security as required.
Training and Development: Help with staff training, mentoring, and supporting team development where necessary.
Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or incidents professionally and efficiently.
Report Management: Complete shift reports, manage bar stock reporting, and communicate key information to senior management.
Venue Coordination: Maintain cleanliness, manage music/lighting settings, and ensure the venue is presented at its best.
