Standards & Procedures
Provide inputs for NNM Policies/ Procedures/ Standards.
Facilitate consultation on the Global policies affecting NNM processes.
Advise Product/ Countries on Lifespan standard (not in standard) for reconciliation performance.
Perform Reviews to ensure processes across units within NNM units are in line with global standards.
Review & Support Dispensation for exceptions.
Global Governance
Provide consultation on new processed being hubbed across NNM.
Extend governance to in-country NNM process.
Work with Finance & Product BRMs to roll out reconciliation & substantiation framework.
Risk Assessment & Reporting
Perform RCSA review for NNM processes.
Monitor the CST results.
Review & track the exceptions identified as part of the CST or Self-Attestation.
Initiate Residual risk assessments.
Challenge risk rating.
Advise on suggested solutions.
Table the exceptions in the respective NFRCs and track for closure.
Flag off the ageing items without clear remediation plans.
Thematic Review
Publish Timetable & TOR for the Periodic & Thematic review.
Initiate the Reviews in consultation with Product R&C head.
The result of the reviews and exceptions will be advised to CJOs for tabling in respective NFRCs.
