About the Role
The Violence Intervention Programme is a specialist service for tamariki and rangatahi, providing care in cases of family violence, child abuse, and neglect. As a clinical administrator, you will work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering the reception phone during designated hours
Scheduling and managing staff training bookings
Preparing training packs in advance
Gathering statistics for stakeholder reports
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Requirements:
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to relate to patients and their families
Ability to perform under pressure and maintain confidentiality
