Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The Volunteer Services Manager coordinates and manages the Volunteer workforce including orientation, allocation of duties and maintenance of volunteer rosters across Westmead and Auburn Hospitals. This role oversees all volunteer fundraising activities to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively in line with the hospitals’ objectives.

Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience coordinating or supervising an effective team in a health related setting.
Demonstrated high level written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve conflict and manage challenging situations and people.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering services and events to a range of stakeholders
Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate volunteers to support the objectives of the organisation
