Due to continued growth, we are seeking an energetic and hands-on Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly team at our busy warehouse located in Lidcombe.


Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will actively take charge of ensuring all administration duties are completed whilst still being actively involved in completing various warehouse tasks.


Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Oversee and maintain the accurate management of inventory records
Liase with relevant stakeholders to ensure all customer enquiries are met
Complete warehouse duties (Picking, packing, RF scanning) as required
Track deliveries and shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries and proper documentation
Ensure standard warehouse operating procedures are followed
At all times, ensure the highest of standards of customer experience and service levels are achieved.
Collect and file all essential documentation
Create reports and generate data to ensure all warehouse needs are met at a timely manner

This role is Monday to Friday, +:00am - 5:00pm.


More about you


To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in Warehouse Administration or similar is preferred
Strong sense of safety and a good understanding of warehouse OHS requirements
Basic warehouse skills, (Picking, Packing, RF Scanning)
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Proficient knowledge using MS Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
