Warehouse Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of administration tasks related to sales despatch.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide cover and support to colleagues in an administrative capacity when needed
Grow with the role, taking on new responsibilities as they arise
Maintain honesty and ethics at all times, upholding company values
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, adhering to company guidelines
Comply with health and safety regulations, prioritizing cleanliness and lifting heavy goods safely
Complete additional reasonable tasks to aid efficient company operations
Protect company confidentiality, avoiding disclosure or copying sensitive information
Administrative Tasks:
Utilize various computer systems to perform warehouse-related duties, receiving comprehensive training
Create despatch labels using couriers software
Ensure accurate labelling of parcels and pallets
Book UK pallet collections
In the future, assist with export admin duties as part of a broader despatch administration team
Supply carriage quotes to sales teams
This is a dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth and development. We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday (08:30-17:30). If you have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.
