Warehouse Associate position is a full-time temporary for the period April 15 through July 31, 2025 with potential for a permanent position. Pay is hourly with a minimum of $18.00 per hour with potential for more commensurate with experience.

You will be a key member of our team helping farmers to improve their operations and profits while increasing the environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 60 lbs. multiple times a day
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills
Receive and process incoming orders and provide thorough documentation
Prepare outgoing order requests and load shipping containers/trucks
Order fulfillment, filling & packing. Organize items to company standards
Dock Loading & unloading.
Forklift handling.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Follow safety precautions when operating equipment.
Stay current with warehousing policies to contribute to a safe and appropriate work environment
Manage inventory count and ensure all product is rotated regularly to keep products ready for our customers
Participate in loading and preparing product for shipping to our customers
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Provide detailed reports of daily functions in relation to shipments, inventory count, and incoming parcels
Work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Valid AB Driver’s License
Valid forklift/lift truck certificate
Valid Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)
First Aid
Knowledge of how to operate warehousing equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, docking ramps, etc.
Self-motivation to complete daily tasks and procedures
Attention to detail to ensure the safety of self and others
Ability to provide thorough documentation regarding deliveries and shipments
Possess an understanding of appropriate inventory controls including rotation, counting, and storage
Willingness to work with other team members to achieve desired outputs
Commitment to wear proper safety gear and operate all equipment carefully and appropriately
Knowledge of how to operate warehouse data systems
2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
