Position: Temporary Warehouse Coordinator, located West End
Duration: 1 - 3 months
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly, with overtime as required.
What you will experience in this position:
Adhere to Safety Policies and Procedures to ensure a safe warehouse environment.
Follow all standard operational procedures, work instructions, and current SOPs.
Execute daily shipping schedule with customer service, purchasing, and production and promptly communicate any problems or delays in the shipping schedule to the Warehouse Lead.
Need the ability to prepare parcel shipments, LTL shipments and TL shipments using proper documentation methods to execute the shipment.
Manage logistics to have materials and equipment picked up from and/or delivered to vendor locations, customer locations, and project sites.
Maintain customer satisfaction by following through with customer-specific requests, including special crating & tagging, specific shipping method(s), and exceptional record keeping of all related incoming and outgoing shipments.
Execute inventory cycle count process that ensures a minimum of +7% accuracy.
Maintain all documentation records required for audit purposes.
