Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Warehouse Associate at Victory Chimp. You will be responsible for picking and packing our online retail orders, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service with with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You’ll process returns and exchanges as well as responding to customer enquiries via our email and online messaging channels, providing product information, sizing guidance, and other order assistance.
Essential Requirements:
-Ability to meet physical demands: The role involves physical demands on a daily basis for long periods, including standing and/or walking for the entire shift; lifting and moving products and boxes; lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching and/or stretching; and manual dexterity of both hands and wrists.
- Ability to complete duties accurately, quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent reading, numeracy and accuracy skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Diserables
- Previous experience in customer service or order fulfillment preferred.
- Interest in cycling/outdoor sports and knowledge of cycling/outdoor apparel and accessories is a plus
