Warehouse Executive

• Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring that all items are properly checked, packed, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities:

- Material Checking:
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
- Verify quantities and ensure materials meet company standards.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the relevant department.

- Packing:

- Ensure proper packing of materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Use appropriate packing materials and techniques.
- Label packages accurately with all necessary information.

- Dispatch:

- Coordinate with logistics for the timely dispatch of materials.
- Prepare and complete dispatch documentation including invoices and delivery notes.
- Ensure all dispatches are recorded accurately in the inventory system.

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.

- Warehouse Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
- Implement and maintain efficient storage systems and processes.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to management.
• Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
