Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our team in a dynamic warehouse and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks, including heavy equipment operation, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse duties. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse distribution, mechanical systems, and heavy equipment handling within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials using appropriate machinery and manual techniques
Assist with order picking, packaging, and order fulfillment processes
Support shipping & receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of goods
Support warehouse organization by stacking, sorting, and storing materials properly
Follow safety protocols related to heavy lifting, construction standards, and equipment operation
Assist with construction or maintenance tasks as needed in the warehouse or facility
Skills

Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including order picking, shipping & receiving, and inventory management systems like AS400 or similar platforms
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
Experience with warehouse and order fulfillment software
Knowledge of manufacturing processes or construction environments is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in packaging
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment operation

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
