Warehouse Logistics Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee the daily operations of our distribution center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 employees and ensuring that all operational units are running efficiently.

In this role, you will plan, schedule, and manage work activities to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also oversee shipping/receiving, picking/packing, inventory, and Value-Added Services (VAS) activities. Additionally, you will implement continuous improvement methods to enhance labor productivity and process accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and five to ten years of related experience in warehouse management or a similar field. Experience with P&L management is highly desired.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000, along with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Flexible work schedules are available when possible.
