Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:
• Management of Raw, Packing & FG material Stores: - To plan storage of raw and packing materials, develop accounting systems and maintain required segregation of material and storage conditions in order to ensure easy identification and prevent material decay/spillages/leakages.
• Inventory Control System and Documentation: - To develop and implement inventory control systems as per company’s policy, maintain documents, review of SOPs and material classification in order to ensure accuracy, accountability and availability of information. Physical verification of inventory & submit variation report to HOD on monthly basis.
• Dispensing of Raw & Packing Materials : - To support implementation of raw material dispensing plan in order to ensure timely availability of materials to manufacturing departments.
• Internal / External Audits: - To maintain raw, packing and FG material stores and documentation updated and support internal and external audit and comply with reports in order to ensure that the raw material stores meet audit requirements of clients and statutory agencies.
• Liaison and Networking: - To carry out liaison with Head office/plant purchases /LL customers, manufacturing department, and statutory organizations in order to have a cordial relations and two way communications
• Documentation and Reporting
• Ensuring required documentation to be in order.
• Oversee and maintain accurate records of the departments and activities done by the Stores team
• Preparation of SOP's / MSDS / MIS reports likes reports i.e. status of pending GRNs, rejected materials, retests, action plan for shelf life expired materials, slow moving inventory & its liquidation etc.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 15.00 LPA
