We are looking for an experienced and driven manager who is ready to take ownership and elevate performance in our night shift operations at our Wiri distribution centre.

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective DC processes, including inbound logistics, inventory management, picking, dispatching, and staff supervision.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all health & safety standards are met
Monitor and manage daily KPIs to achieve operational targets and drive performance
Prepare and present reports on efficiency, inventory accuracy, and fulfilment performance
Drive productivity and quality improvements across all distribution center functions
Supervise and train DC staff, hire staff and also conduct performance evaluations & coaching
What You’ll Bring:

10+ years’ experience in the 3PL industry
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a “can-do” mindset
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
