We are committed to providing top-notch services to our clients in the food and hospitality sector by consolidating their vendor base and providing contract manufacturing. As our operations expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to take charge of our cold/Dry storage operations.
• Role Overview:*

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, efficient dispatches, and high hygiene and temperature compliance across all warehouse functions.
• Key Responsibilities:*

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end warehouse operations

•⁠ ⁠Supervise warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock movement, inventory levels, and minimize wastage

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with cold chain SOPs and quality standards

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams

•⁠ ⁠Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠3–4 years of experience in warehouse management (preferably in cold chain or FMCG/Horeca)

•⁠ ⁠Strong team leadership and organizational skills

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on knowledge of inventory control and dispatch operations

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with WMS or ERP tools is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
