Warehouse Operative |4 on 4 off | Days

Join our dynamic team at Kuehne+Nagel as a Warehouse Operative and become an essential part of our global logistics network. Your Role
You will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations and will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking and dispatching goods. Your Responsibilities
• Loading & unloading of vehicles both manually & using the onsite forklift.
• Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accruate inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness and prganisation in the warehouse, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and targets
• Shared responsibility of departmental mailbox, to include the receipt of new packaging bookings and internal queries.
• Dealing with telephone & email enquiries from internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.
• Loading & unloading of vehicles both manually & using the onsite forklift.
• Process all Import & Export consignments as they transit through the Heathrow facility.
Your Skills and Experiences
• Experience of working to strict deadlines.
• Experience of handling temperature controlled & time
critical consignments.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Computer skills in Word
/ Excel / PowerPoint essential
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This role will be 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts from 8am to 8pm
