Warehouse Software Business Analyst
Location: UK Remote
Package: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join a scaling warehouse management system vendor in the UK. As a Business Analyst, you will be the key liaison between clients and the development team, focusing on gathering requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Your role will involve client-facing responsibilities, including account management, operational requirements, and change management, while working closely with developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document operational and development requirements clearly and concisely.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and understanding their needs.
• Change Management: Identify and document change requirements, ensuring smooth transitions and implementations.
• Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of solutions, including creating process flows and project plans for end-to-end delivery.
• Functional Design: Develop functional design documents, including design elements and integration requirements.
• Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they understand and can effectively use the software.
• Software Demonstration: Prepare and execute software demonstrations to showcase solutions to clients.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure adherence to query SLAs, performing testing and quality checks before delivery.
• Project Management: Utilize tools like Jira to track project progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Pre and Post-Sales Support: Provide support during the sales process and after implementation to address any client queries or issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from clients and team members to improve processes and solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, ensuring that requirements are understood and met throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems and client-facing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Self-driven, motivated, and productive with a tenacious approach to task completion.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
