Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:
Weird Wolf is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations for E-Commerce Platform's orders. This role involves managing inventory, leading a team, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and improving warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker, a team leader, and experienced in inventory management for eCommerce (Mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage warehouse team for smooth operations.
Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Use inventory management processes for accurate tracking.
Ensure safety standards and compliance are maintained.
Requirements:
2-3 years as e-commerce Warehouse supervisor.
Should have knowledge of Amazon Flipkart portals order processing ( FBA & FBF )
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in inventory management and eCommerce operations.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS-Excel
Should have experience in warehouse specially at seller end.
