Responsibilities
As a WC Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of workers' compensation defense cases
Provide aggressive representation for clients in all phases of workers' compensation defense litigation from inception to resolution
Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, independently develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients
Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, opinions, orders, and subpoenas
Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences
Conduct and defend depositions of claimants, medical personnel, and other parties
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in mediation and informal settlement conferences
Maintain excellent client relationships through regular communication, providing updates on case status and progress

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated WC Defense Attorney to join our innovative, fast-paced legal team. As a WC Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of workers' compensation defense cases. This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of skills and experience. Responsibilities
• Provide aggressive representation for clients in all phases of workers' compensation defense litigation from inception to resolution.
