We're hiring an Office Administrator to assist with day to day client service. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, can self organize and wants to work at a smaller firm where their role has a larger impact on the overall success of the business.
You will be assisting the advisory team in booking client meetings, maintaining Client Relationship Management tools, managing calendars and maintaining an efficient office.
The role requires:
1) Professional Client facing demeanor including strong phone, email and in person communication skills
2) Strong organizational skills
3) Desire to help people
4) Problem solving skills
The ideal applicant should also have a basic understanding of outlook and excel.
Up Financial is a registered Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm that specializes in providing sophisticated investment advice and comprehensive financial planning to Canadians.
We built this firm to provide clients with independent, customized advice without the conflicts associated with larger brokerage firms and banks.
This position has Salary starting at $50,000 + Bonus Profit Share (based on firm production)
Responsibilities
• Booking client meetings

• Organization and coordination of client files
• Handling client requests including phone calls and emails
• Execute day-to-day administrative functions for management
